Alex Bunyan

Alex is an executive coach and leadership advisor with over 20 years of experience across industries including financial services, professional services, and retail. Over the past decade, he has spent thousands of hours interviewing, assessing, advising, and coaching senior leaders—drawing on a career that spans executive recruitment, leadership development, and coaching at the executive level.

Previously the Head of Executive Recruitment at RBC, a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across North America, and a senior leader in the retail sector, Alex now partners with senior leadership teams, executives, and high-potential leaders to help them lead with greater clarity, purpose, and impact.

He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Co-Active Training Institute, and certifications in a range of psychometric tools, including the Hogan Assessment Suite and The Leadership Circle Profile. Alex earned his MBA from the Ivey Business School.
